👥 For Postdoctoral Researchers, Early Career Resarchers (having completed Master’s 
     or PhD within the past three years), Master and PhD students 

💂‍♂️ Language : English

💰 Early Bird Rate : 700 EUR (all taxes included)

💶 Standard Rate : 900 EUR (all taxes included)

⚠️ Please note that the summer school may be subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants
     is not met.

• Mobility Grant Application Deadline: 15 May 2026

• Registration Deadline: 15 May 2026

• Notification of Results (for mobility grants): 31 May 2026 at the latest

Registration Fees

• Includes:

• Access to all seminars and all visits 

• Connecting transportations between sites 

• Coffee breaks and lunches for the entire duration of the Summer School

• Social event on the 2^nd of July 

• Not included:

  • Travel costs

  • Accommodation

  • Meals not included in the programme (all breakfasts and dinners except the dinner on the 2^nd  of July)

Mobility Grant 

EXEBIO mobility grants are available upon submission request and full registration (including payment) before the 15^th of May 2026. 

• The mobility grant covers:

  • Travel costs from your residence to Reims

  • Accommodation for 6 nights maximum

  • Meals not included in the programme (all breakfasts and dinners except the dinner on the 2^nd  of July)

⚠️ The mobility grant does not cover the registration fee.

• To apply, candidates must submit:

  • A CV/Resume

📜 Applications will be evaluated by the organizing committee.
